My name is Mikey Wakefield, and I am a senior at Georgia College and State University in the fall. My major is mass communication with a focus on film and television. I have lived in Alpharetta my whole life.
I love radio and I am also the Music Manager and Program Director for WGUR 95.3 for the 2023/2024 school year at GCSU. I also have my own show called "Mikey J's Roadhouse" on Thursdays at 5. I love going to concerts and old country music like Waylon Jennings and Merle Haggard. My favorite concert is between Willie Nelson at Chastain or Sturgill Simpson at The Tabernacle. I also love podcasts and stand-up comedy.
