Hey Bert Show fam! We’ve heard a couple of people are having trouble with the podcast. If you listen to our podcast and you’ve had any audio issues, can you please help us out by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and telling us:
– what episode it was
– how far into the episode it happened
– what platform you were listening on (Apple, Spotify, etc.)
– what type of phone do you have?
– is your phone’s operating system the most up-to-date?
– if you were connected to wifi or not?
– were you listening through bluetooth?
– if you rewound the segment and listened again, did the issue fix itself?
