Aunt Pam’s Puppy Treats was born out of necessity for supplemental income and it made me do something I had been wanting to do in honor of my sister Pam who passed away from uterine cancer at the age of 41.
It’s been a process over 15 years and you think you have worked through the grief, but as I created this business tears have happened and sometimes emotion gets the best of me for we were going to have a business together. Our business featured on the cover of Essence magazine was a goal.
Aunt Pam’s Puppy Treats creates organic healthy natural food for you fur babies. Our peanut butter bones and peanut butter cups are most popular. $1.00 from every sale goes to ovarian cancer research.

Our store is located in a middle of a neighborhood some would say even hidden. The good part about that is we know our customers they are like family to us.
The north side has lost a lot of homes, businesses, and even schools. The pandemic has hit its year mark and we have had to close several times during the pandemic.
However, we are grateful to the neighborhood, and our loyal customers who have supported us to keep our store open.

We were hit hard by the pandemic and even had to close our business for 3 months last year when everything started. We have been able to open again, but our enrollment just isn’t what it used to be.

My mom built our dance studio from the ground up and works so hard everyday. She deserves some recognition! We work hard everyday to give children the chance to dance because we know how stressful the pandemic is.

Our website is I hope that we can have the chance to be the small business because our studio deserves it. I am her daughter, Ali Cromer and I’m doing this for her because she’s the kind of person that would never do this for herself since she puts all of her time into her business!

Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Amanda Proctor has been working with clay since her high school ceramics class in 2006. She quickly fell in love with the tactile nature of the medium and learned the basics from her teacher Cathy Amos. After graduating in 2009, Amanda continued to study fine arts at the University of Georgia where she received a BFA with a ceramics emphasis in 2013. Studying under artists Ted Saupe and Sunkoo Yuh allowed Amanda to learn how versatile clay can be as an artform. She was able to make traditional, functional pottery forms while also using clay to build large, organic sculptures.

Amanda began teaching hand-building and wheel-throwing pottery classes at Good Dirt Clay Studio in Athens, GA and at Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation in Watkinsville, GA in 2014. She worked for Rob Sutherland at Good Dirt as the studio manager for many years until committing full-time to her pottery sales.

Sandy Springs, GA

Apron + Ladle is in danger of closing down! Can you help save them from going out of business by donating to their GoFundMe?

The sibling team of Nik Panagopoulos and Artie Antoniades are back in Sandy Springs!

Having solidified themselves in the Sandy Springs community for the past 10 years with Tin Can Fish House and Teela Taqueria, they are excited to bring their European flare to this breakfast and lunch concept, reminiscent of the Deli cafés from their Greek and South African heritage.

The ever creative, brother-sister team wanted to bring a twist on your regular breakfast fare by introducing gourmet filled biscuits to Sandy Springs – think Pork Belly topped with a poached egg and red eye gravy or Spicy Chicken Benedict. Of course, lighter fare such as Avo toast and Chia Pudding are part the delectable breakfast selection, while lunch is a balance of deli sandwiches such as hot pastrami on rye with large and huge sizes, and lighter fare such as the ever popular curried chicken salad sandwich on a croissant.

Apron + Ladle offers the best of both worlds – join your friends and be served in the main dining room or for those in a hurry, or who prefer a more casual setting, pop into the adjacent café with complimentary Wi-Fi and internet connection and grab coffee and a pastry.

The children’s menu has also been crafted with thought and an emphasis on healthy choices, including Turkey and Cheese sandwiches and Seed Butter and Banana Quesadilla with apple slices.

Donate to their GoFundMe now – let’s save this restaurant!

Here’s the deal: we’re going to turn your voicemail into a commercial and play it on our show!

You have about a minute or a minute and a half on our voicemail to tell us all about your business. Don’t worry about stumbling – we’re going to edit it and make you sound super good.

Give us a little history of your business and how you’ve been affected by the pandemic, so something like. “Hey it’s Bert’s Café – we’ve been in downtown Chattanooga for 42 years. Sales are so bad right now we’re gonna have to close down in June at this rate.”

Then, take some time to sell your business to us. “Nobody in Lexington makes custom made furniture like we do. We’ve been in business for 17 years and the pandemic is crushing us. We’ve had to lay off 12 employees.”

Tell us where you’re located and if you have a website, too.

At the end also leave a phone number where Tommy can contact you. That’s super important.

When you come to Countryside Antiques & Collectibles, you can expect friendly  service that is as unique and old fashion as the treasures we offer.

The shop has over 30 wonderful dealers, all with many beautiful and unique treasures just waiting on you!

Since I was a young girl antiques were a part of my everyday life. My mother was an antique dealer. I credit mom’s teachings to my knowledge & passion for this industry.

As an adult, I have been selling in a few shops throughout the years. This was my favorite shop and when it became available 13 years ago, I purchased it without any hesitations.

Our shop offers a “just like home” atmosphere. Located inside a historical elementary school circa 1933. Our shop is maintained by our live-in grey kitty “Sadie” who is well known throughout the community.

I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing in my life and am passionate about it. Striving to listen to our customers needs and good communication skills, I have found to be an excellent combination for a thriving business.

I owe much success to my dealers who truly bring quality antiques & collectibles at an affordable price.

When visiting Countryside Antiques, be sure to visit Sadie the cat and her puppy siblings Lukka and Maggie  as you  browse  through our shop.
