LIMITED ROMANTIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
Craig XXXXX
and
LINDSEY XXXX
Parties:
This ROMANTIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT, hereby known as the “Agreement,” is made and entered into on March 3, 2021, by and between Craig XXXXXXX (“Partner 1”) and Lindsey XXXXX (“Partner 2”) (each, the “Partner” and collectively, the “Partners”).
Nature of Partnership:
The Partners hereby agree to form a Limited Romantic Partnership and set out the partnership’s terms and conditions so that the parties’ respective roles, responsibilities, rights, and obligations will clearly be outlined in this Agreement.
Terms and Conditions:
LOCATION
The principal location of the Partnership will be a 30-mile radius of partners’ residential addresses at the time of the signed agreement. If either partner leaves the 30-mile radius for a period greater than 10 days without the written consent of the other partner, the “agreement” is considered terminated and the partnership is dissolved.
SCOPE OF WORK
Each partner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for emotional and consensual sexual companionship. Neither partner will be required to provide companionship more than 3 times per week until cohabitation is achieved as outlined in the agreement.
FINANCIAL
Both partners agree to financially contribute equally to the partnership until marital status is achieved at which point a new financial agreement will be drafted. A shared spreadsheet will track all expenses. Each partner is responsible for updating an accurate accounting of their expenditures. Other partner will acknowledge expenditure with initials.
MANAGEMENT
Both partners will have equal rights in making decisions not previously outlined in the agreement. If an agreed decision cannot be made after a reasonable time period, an unbiased 3rd party will be the decision-maker. 3rd party may include but is not limited to internet message boards, social media groups, or a radio /tv audience.
DISSOLUTION
The immediate decision to dissolve the Partnership shall require the unanimous consent of both partners. If unanimous consent is not achieved, The partnership is dissolved with 30 days notice to the other partner.
TIMELINE
Both partners agree to the following timeline. If any milestone is not met according to the schedule outlined, the partnership is immediately terminated unless prior written agreement is obtained from both partners.
-There will be no discussion of exclusivity prior to 2 months post signed agreement date. At 2 months, the partnership will receive exclusive status if a regular, consensual and mutually beneficial sexual relationship has been previously established.
-Violation of this exclusive status will result in the immediate termination of the agreement. The offending partner will be required to pay back the full amount of the other partner’s expenditures according to the shared spreadsheet.
-Upon reaching exclusive status, each partner may choose to update their social media to reflect relationship status. Mention of a relationship on social media prior to exclusive relationship status without the written consent of the other partner will result in immediate termination of the agreement.
-Neither partner will be introduced to other partner’s friends until 3 months after the signed agreement date. If two-thirds of one partner’s friends do not find the other partner suitable, then the agreement may be terminated immediately and the relationship is dissolved.
-Neither partner will be introduced to the other partner’s family prior to 4 months from the signed agreement date. Partner may choose to terminate the agreement and dissolve the partnership with the written objection from any member of partner’s family.
-Once the partnership has reached 12 months from the signed agreement date, partners will begin the process of cohabitation. Prior to any cohabitation, a full credit report, 2 months bank statements, and 2 paystubs will be submitted to other partner for review. Based on unfavorable financial information, other partner may choose to terminate the agreement immediately or postpone cohabitation for a period of 6 months at which point financial records will be resubmitted for review. If financial information is considered unsatisfactory for a second review, the partnership will be dissolved and the agreement terminated immediately.
-Neither party will discuss engagement or marriage until 24 months from the agreement date. At or after 24 months, Partner 1 may choose to propose marriage to Partner 2. If a marriage proposal is not made by 30 months, Partner 2 may choose to terminate the agreement immediately. Partner 2 acknowledges that Partner 1 prefers to be the proposer and not the proposee. Should Partner 2 decide to be the proposer, she acknowledges that her proposal will likely be declined, and the partnership dissolved.
-Both partners agree to dissolve the partnership at 36 months if marital status is not achieved unless an amended timeline is signed by both partners.
