Late to work again? Here’s a new excuse for your boss – blame it on the zombies. According to the AJC, mass amounts of the undead will be causing traffic in Henry County to detour through 9 PM on Thursday, June 7, 2011. The acclaimed AMC series, The Walking Dead which takes place in Atlanta and surrounding areas (and consequently shoots in Georgia), will be using the area to film starting Sunday, June 5.
The second series of The Walking Dead will premiere in October.
