The other day, Hayden asked Bert a question that made him take a step back and reconsider his family time. Hayden asked why Bert sleeps at the radio station, and why is bed is there instead of at home. Hayden didn’t realize that Bert was getting up early at home – he thought Bert was sleeping at the station, the starting his job.
So, Bert’s making more of an effort to see his kids (it’s not often he’s at home in the morning when they get up) by taking a quick break to see Hayden off on his first day of third grade!
