Prosecutors’ claim Murray caused Jackson’s death by giving him a lethal dose of Propofol and other sedatives.

Kathy Jorrie, claims Dr. Conrad Murray requested life-saving equipment be at hand just days before Michael Jackson died. Jorrie, an attorney for the concert giant AEG Live, the promoter for Michael Jackson’s final concerts’, testified that she questioned some of the doctor’s requests, which also included the possibility of hiring a second doctor to help him.

She said, ”Dr. Murray told me Michael Jackson was perfectly healthy, in excellent condition.” She also claims Murray told her not to worry about his condition, but Murray asked for a CPR machine in case one wasn’t available at the concert venue at London’s O2 arena. A promoter also testified that Jackson appeared strong during the final rehearsals for his comeback concerts.

Paul Gongaware, an executive for AEG Live said MJ seemed, “engaged and energetic”, during the rehearsal just two days before he died. Gongaware also testified that he saw Murray at one of the rehearsals after people complained that Michael had been missing some his own rehearsals. Gongaware also admitted that AEG is being sued by Jackson’s mother for “negligent supervision” of Dr. Murray when he worked with Michael.
