A judge has given a video game company permission to sue Beyonce for $100 million. Gate Five claims Beyonce pulled out of a deal to create a motion sensing computer game. She allegedly reneged on a $20 million contract to be featured in “Starpower: Beyonce.”
Beyonce’s lawyers claimed she was entitled to walk away because the company hadn’t finalized its financial agreements, but Gate Five said Beyonce chose to leave the project even though she knew they were set to sign a funding deal a few days later.
No comment from Beyonce or her camp.
