Usher agreed to give his ex-wife majority custody of their children so they could put an end to their legal battle. Usher also wants to give Tameka Raymond time to deal with the aftermath of his step-son’s accident. In the past, Usher had wanted 50/50 custody of his and Tameka’s two children, but since the accident, he had changed his mind.
According to TMZ, Usher met with his lawyers to come up with a proposal where he would increase child-support payments and give Foster majority custody of the two children. Eleven-year-old Kile Glover was declared brain dead last week, after being hit in the head by a watercraft.
