Intern Marisa headed over to Atlanta’s Buckhead Theatre to chat with the actors of the new Twilight installment, Breaking Dawn – Part 1, and the musicians behind the soundtrack. Check out her interviews with recording artist Christina Perri, Nikki Reed who plays Rosalie Hale, and Charlie Bewley, who plays Volturi vampire Demetri.

Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie Hale, fesses up that she never actually read the books before she auditioned for the role (don’t worry, she’s remedied that now), why she won’t go to certain Atlanta restaurants without her husband, Nashville native and American Idol alum Paul McDonald, and if they’re about to settle down in this area (Magic 8 Ball says “maybe so!”).

Christina Perri, who penned the title track, “A Thousand Years,” for the soundtrack (and also moonlights as a Twihard), dishes on writing a song specifically for Edward and Bella, and why the set of her music video was so dangerous – with 6500 candles around, they had to wet the bottom of her dress to keep her from catching on fire!

The “A Thousand Years” video:

Charlie Bewley, who was cast as the Volturi member Demetri, chats with Marisa about his new Indie flick, Like Crazyand why he thinks it’s going to build popularity like the Ryan Gosling art house smash, Blue Valentine. (Marisa had been talking about it for over an hour already – guess somebody really wants to see it).
