After five years of marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are divorcing. People reports that Holmes filed the papers.
The couple had a prenup, and that they’re net value is estimated at about $275 million.
“This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family.” The family’s attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, commented in a statement.
The couple have one daughter, 6-year-old Suri Cruise, together. This was the third marriage for Tom Cruise, who also has two children with former wife, Nicole Kidman.
