You can probably chalk this up to the popularity of The Hunger Games: Olympic Archery is sexy this year. It’s the most popular Olympic sport on cable, and that even includes basketball. It’s averaging about 1.5 million viewers.
It may have also helped that U.S. team member Khatuna Lorig Hunger Games star, Jennifer Lawrence. Unfortunately, Khatuna didn’t do as well as Katniss Everdeen did in HER games. She lost the bronze medal match and came in fourth in the women’s individual competition. She was also on the women’s team, but they didn’t medal either.
However, she posted to Facebook, quote, “I am ready for 2016, I am not giving up till I get my Olympic gold.”
