Our social media director Cassie is a HUGE Britney fan – so much so that she knows the dance moves. Britney fans know what she and Wendy are talking about – you know, you rewind the video (this is before YouTube and DVRs), slow it down, and learn all the moves, one-by-one. So, we put her loyalty to the test, and had her bust out some Britney dance moves to “Slave 4 U.”

But before we begin, Cassie’s disclaimers:
1. She is not Wendy (a dancer), so don’t expect her to bust a move exactly like Britney.
2. Since she’s not above said dancer, the dance is dumbed down. Don’t be a Britney hater.
3. She refuses to wear the pink bra and underwear over jeans ensemble.
4. Try not to judge her…too harshly.
