The father of a little boy suffering from spina bifida went above and beyond for Halloween this year. Carter, who uses a wheelchair, to get around, now has an elaborate Halloween costume of an ice cream truck that plays music…and is totally integrated with his wheelchair.
A photo of Carter’s costume made waves over the weekend after being posted on the Laugh It’s Free Facebook page. Nonprofit organization Special Care, Inc., a group that provides services for children with and without special needs, also picked up the photo.
