A New York hedge fund manager signed a contract to buy the home located next to the Kennedy compound in Cape Cod – the place Taylor Swift was supposedly buying.
The deal for the home in Hyannisport has not yet closed.
The home, near the heart of the Kennedy compound, had drawn heavy national media attention after rumors started that Taylor Swift bought it. People Magazine had “confirmed” the sale to Swift.
Swift is dating Conor Kennedy, the 18-year-old grandson of the late Robert F. Kennedy.
