Selena Gomez has been named in a million dollar lawsuit involving claims over the chorus of her song “A Year Without Rain.” Tom Luce, Brian Kroll, Lawrence Riggs and Matt Blackett, of the band Luce, claim the tune is “virtually identical” to their 2005 song “Buy a Dog.”
