Justin Bieber and Sean Kingston had to call police for help with fans as they cruised the strip in Miami Beach. Justin was driving a Rolls-Royce on Ocean Drive with Sean Kingston riding shotgun when a group of fans noticed them and started to gather around the car. Justin and Sean got the attention of a plain-clothes officer who stood guard until the crowd left.
