Rob Lowe is starring in another Lifetime movie. This one follows the Caylee Anthony murder trial. In Prosecuting Casey Anthony, the Parks and Recreation star will portray Jeff Ashton, who prosecuted the Florida case, giving his side of the story, going behind-the-scenes of the investigation.
Casey Anthony was acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee but Ashton is convinced Casey’s guilty. The Lifetime original movie will be based on Ashton’s best-selling book Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony.
Rob Lowe also starred in the Lifetime original Drew Peterson: Untouchable, which is this year’s number one movie telecast across basic cable among all key demographics.
