Ralph Lauren just revealed the official outfits he designed for the U.S. athletes to wear during the Olympic opening ceremonies on July 27th.

The outfits feature navy blue blazers with white pants for the men and white skirts for the women, red, white, and blue neckties, and BERETS.  That’s right, berets. (French sailor, anyone?)

Ralph Lauren’s son David, who runs the company’s marketing, described the berets as, quote, “really fun.”  They’re already selling the berets online for $55…the rest of the outfit costs up to $795.
