President Barack Obama joined Jimmy Fallon for a skit titled “Slow-jamming the news” on Late Night. Obama slow jammed one of his policy positions over the smooth vamping of house band The Roots. He said, “What we said is simple: Now is not the time to make school more expensive for our young people.” Fallon stepped in and sang, “You should listen to the President. Or as I like to call him, the Preezy of the United Steezy.”

Obama also spoke of his relationship with Republican candidate Mitt Romney. Jimmy Fallon was curious if the President knows the man most likely to oppose him in the 2012 general election. Obama said, “I’ve met him, but we’re not friends. The President went on to acknowledge Romney’s wife Ann, describing her as lovely.
