Nicki Minaj Talks Profanity On ‘Ellen’

Nicki Minaj doesn’t seem bothered by the fact that she has a lot of young fans, and yet her music contains explicit language. When she was asked about it on yesterday’s Ellen, she said, “You know what, I don’t really think I have to deal with it. I’m not their parents. I can only give advice. I always give my young little lady bugs my most precious advice, which is to say to a child, ‘Don’t rush to grow up.’”

Of course, you could argue that her filthy mouth contributes to her young fans growing up too soon, but Nicki pointed out that she releases censored albums.
