Nicki Minaj Cohosting “American Music Awards” With Pitbull

Nicki Minaj and Pitbull will host their first major awards show when they take the stage together November 20th at this year’s American Music Awards.

The performance bill includes Nicki, who will share the stage with Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson, LMFAO, Jennifer Lopez, Maroon 5 with Christina Aguilera and David Guetta with Usher.

The producers also announced the nominees for this year’s Sprint: New Artist of the Year award, which includes Hot Chelle Rae and Foster the People in the pop category, LMFAO and Wiz Khalifa in Hip-Hop, Marsha Abrosius and Miguel in Soul/R&B and The Band Perry and Thompson Square in Country. This years nominees are headed by female acts. Adele leads all nominees with four, followed by Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry with three. The Artist of the Year award will go to  Lil Wayne, Gaga, Perry, Adele or Taylor Swift.
