Sean Wheeler, a hypnotist who actually helped The Bert Show’s own Jenn Hobby quit smoking, uses hypnosis and hypnotheraphy to help his clients kick the bad habits.

Now, before you crank up your skepticism meter, hear him out: he doesn’t put you in a deep dream sleep while you’re forced to do things you don’t want to, but instead he gives you the tools you need to quit (smoking, eating, curse, etc.) while you’re in a suggestive state. You have to be open to the idea (it’s not magic, people), but you might be surprised by the results…
