Two paparazzi were handcuffed by cops after allegedly blowing red lights while chasing Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris Jackson in Los Angeles. The photogs were chasing the car Paris was in, blowing red lights and driving recklessly, trying to get a shot of her. Cops didn’t arrest the paparazzi, or give them tickets, because police didn’t see the chase.
