Michael Lohan joined The Bert Show to talk about what’s really going down in the Lohan family: hot on the heels of Lindsay Lohan’s late night phone call to her dad (Lindsay was out in New York City and a fight with her mother culminated in a tearful late night call to her father, Michael, where she alleged that her mother used cocaine – something she later recanted).
So where does Michael stand now? Michael says he’s texting with Lindsay, and says that she’s asking him to make up with his ex-wife and Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan, but admitted hasn’t spoken with her yet on the phone.
While Michael agrees that he doesn’t want Lindsay (who he calls a “kid – at heart she’s a 17-year-old girl”) to be a tragic Hollywood story, he pinpoints the problem as his ex-wife, Dina. Michael alleges that Dina is driving a “wedge” between him and Lindsay, and as for her alleged drug use, he says that this is not the first time he’s heard of Dina doing cocaine – sometimes even while Lindsay was present.
