Matthew Fox will avoid jail time in his DUI case in Oregon if he successfully completes a court ordered program. The Lost star pleaded no contest on June 1st to one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
He now has to go to an evaluator for alcohol abuse and complete any recommended treatment program. If he does the case will be dismissed.
