Lindsay Lohan was back in court on Thursday and got good news from the judge who ended her formal probation. Judge Stephanie Sautner took the actress off probation from her 2007 Beverly Hills DUI case. Judge Sautner said Lindsay completed all her terms of probation which included community service and psychotherapy sessions.
If she didn’t meet all the terms she could have been sentenced to 270 days in jail. She will remain on probation for her necklace theft until May 24, 2014 but the only term for that is she obey all laws.
