Kat Von D and Jesse James have broken up again and called off their engagement for a second time. The LA Ink star posted on her Facebook page, “I am not in a relationship. And I apologize for all the “back and forth” if it’s caused any confusion.”Jesse and Kat ended their six-month engagement in July and got back together one month later.
