Kanye West is facing a lawsuit over an uncleared sample on his track “Girls Girls Girls”.
Kanye just settled another lawsuit where he and Jay-Z were sued for using a sample on their song ”The Joy.”
Now, Ye’ is facing another lawsuit from Persuaders singer Robert Poindexter. He claims that Kanye used a sample from his hit ”Trying Girls Out” on ”Girls Girls Girls,” without getting permission.
Poindexter is asking for $500,000 in damages. No comment from Kanye or his camp.
