It’s been two years since John Mayer toured the US, but he’ll be back on the road in April to promote his upcoming album, Born and Raised.

Born And Raised was produced by Mayer and Don Was. The album’s title-track will also feature David Crosby and Graham Nash on backup vocals. No release date has been announced, but it’s rumored to be dropping after Mayer’s tour wraps up in May. The tour kicks off April 9th.

Mayer partnered with the North California Institute of Research and Education, which provides programs to help veterans readjust to civilian life. Concertgoers will be able to buy tickets in a certain section through Tickets-For-Charity.

Mayer has also set up an auction on eBay where fans can bid on front row tickets and a chance to meet him, with the proceeds of both going to the NCIRE.
