It’s not an actor, those pics are not Photoshopped, and it’s not Brian doing an imitation: he actually got to interview former President Jimmy Carter about his efforts to stamp out Guinea Worm and disease.
And it all got off to a *swimming* start when he realized he left his driver’s license at home. Yeah, don’t think the Secret Service is gonna take your word for it.
And then when he realized he left the recorder in the Uber…
Did we mention that this is his second solo interview, ever? And that the first one was Sam Smith…and he forgot to even turn the recorder ON?

This man blew me away. President Jimmy Carter is the most thought and caring human I’ve had the pleasure to speak with. His energy is loving but also demands respect. This work at the @thecartercenter to end guinea worm disease and improve mental health policy is amazing. I would vote for him right now. We play the interview on @thebertshow tomorrow #endguineaworm
