Rethink, a breast cancer charity aiming to bring “relevant awareness to the under-40 crowd” has put together this little ditty of hot, shirtless men reminding you to check yourself for unusual lumps…and they even show you how to do it: watch the demonstration and give yourself a little TLC (check for suspect activity: Touch, Look, Check).
There’s even an app you can download that will have the guys popping up with reminders for you, hot video messages (like the one below), and even a man-o-gram where you can send a hot guy message to a friend!
