Bert’s going “Over The Edge” for The Special Olympics!
Ever wondered if you had what it takes to be fearless and face new challenges head-on? On April 20, 2013, join “edgers” like Bert who are brave enough to each raise $1,000 to rappel Over the Edge of a 20 story building – The Lenox Building Atlanta – for Special Olympics Georgia.
The mission of Special Olympics Georgia is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
