George Clooney opened his hillside home to a fundraising dinner for his pal, President Barack Obama. DreamWorks Animation chief Jeffrey Katzenberg was the co-host and Wolfgang Puck was the chef, as 150 Democratic donors made their way to Clooney’s home near Studio City’s Wilacre Park, shelling out $40,000 each.
Some of the celebrities in attendance included Robert Downey Jr., Barbara Streisand, Tobey Maguire, Eddie Murphy, Jack Black, Billy Crystal and Salma Hayek. The President was expected to raise $15 million from last night’s glitzy gathering.
