Flashback: Watch DJ Willie T As A Young’un Rapping To The Beastie Boys + The Weekly Wrap Rap

You might know DJ Willie T as The Bert Show’s 42-year-old Producer who does our weekly wrap rap (and rocks it), but DJ Willie T existed before he was even in the now-famed (well, in some morning radio show circles) The Def Force.

Kristin wants VH1′s Behind The Music of The Def Force, so she’s gonna get it:

The year was 1986, the summer after Willie T’s sophomore year of high school. Down on the strip, there was a company that would let you make music videos, so they did…and 200 people stopped to watch it, cars pulled over to watch it and…*sniff* it was the burgeoning career of a young 16-year-old DJ struggling to break through (although Kidd Koby Roc didn’t seem to have that much trouble breaking out at 16…just sayin’).

The weekly wrap rap, featuring backstabbing husbands, bad math, 50 Shades of Grey and monkey butts.

Bonus: DJ Willie T and his “Beachie Boys” taking on LL Cool J’s “I’m Bad.” Somebody doesn’t know the words…

Check out DJ Willie T (what’s the equivalent of lip synching…but rapping?) performing to The Beastie Boys’ “Paul Revere.”
