If ever you think that you’re a bad parent for being a few minutes late to pick up Billy for school or having to miss Sally’s recital because of a late work night, just think of this guy and be content that you’re doing a good job.
This man – the boyfriend of a babysitter – put a toddler into a washing machine (why? Because he was dirty? No. Because the kid wanted to learn the inner workings of a machine? No. For Shiz and giggles? Yes – it was a “game.”) and shut the door. Too bad the machine autolocks and autostarts…and the babysitters can’t get the child out.
A quick-thinking laundromat tech was able to rip the back control panel up and stop the machine. The babysitters then grab the kid and haul butt out of there – luckily, the child only sustained minor injuries.
