A judge has declared a mistrial in Nicollette Sheridan’s wrongful termination case against “Desperate Housewives.” The actress’ lawyer says he plans to re-try the case.
The other option is to reach a settlement, but they were unable to do that when they tried last Friday. Nicollette is suing ABC for wrongful termination claiming creator Marc Cherry slapped her on set and when she complained, the network fired her.
