The Season 15 “Dancing With the Stars All-Star” cast will be announced next Friday, July 27, at 1:30 p.m. ET/10:30 a.m. PT. The big announcement will be made at during the Television Critics Association summer press tour. So who’s likely to be on the list? “Dancing” alum Ralph Macchio says he is not on the list.
