The University of Colorado is trying to prevent a popular pot smoking event called 4/20.
Last April 20th approximately 10,000 people attended the annual smoke fest. But this year, the university is making the campus off limits to everyone who is not a student or staff member.
And university officials plan on spreading fish fertilizer over the entire area where the event is normally held…this would make the area virtually unbearable.
