Charlie Sheen has launched a website to raise money for victims of the deadly storms that tore through Alabama last week. Sheen set up the site, Torpedoes Against Tornados, to raise money for victims after seeing the destruction firsthand. Those who donate at least $100 will receive a baseball signed by Sheen.
