A judge has finalized Charlie Sheen’s divorce from Brooke Mueller, but they won’t be legally single until May 2nd due to state law. Both filed for divorce in November. Both cited Christmas Day 2009 the day they had a big fight in Aspen, Colorado as the day of their breakup. Charlie & Brooke will share legal custody of their sons, although physical custody is granted to Mueller and he is required to pay $55,000 a month in child support. The actor also has to pay her over $750,000 which is the amount in their prenup.
