Bert’s Wife, Stacey, Has A Great Idea For The Show – And It’s One That Will Have Him Stripping Down!

As a general rule, if anyone connected to a member of the show has a great idea we can use on-air, we stop them mid-sentence. If their idea is that good, then they have to pitch it to all five cast members…on-air.

Well, Bert’s wife Stacey has an idea, and per the rule, came in to pitch it…and it involves Bert stripping down to a speedo with the word “magic” on it for the Atlanta Santa Speedo Run. We’d say that’s a home run.

“How can I ask all 250 runners to raise money, slip on a speedo with very little other clothing and run in winter weather if I’m not willing to make some kind of sacrifice, as well? Here’s the problem. I have a family commitment I can’t get out of. So my wife told me that I have to….I mean…I am volunteering to bare it all for charity. Here’s where you come in. At $1,000, I’ll remove the tie and jacket, and I’ll unbutton my shirt all the way.
At $5,000, I’m going topless darn it.
At $10,000, I will bare it all for Bert’s Big Adventure and sport a Speedo!
