Bert reminisces about the days when if listeners want to complain, they had to pick up a pen and paper. Now, Bert’s bombarded on every social network – no matter how many compliments he gets, he’ll focus on the one negative comment that comes through. Constructive criticism is always helpful, but Bert has a problem with the negative comments that are just out to hurt.

Wendy just received a tweet like this, calling her out over a street name pronunciation. Well, well, we have the tweet sender, Danielle, on the phone – how’s this gonna go down?
