Last week, we helped a listener figure out if her husband was cheating online. Now one listener needs our help to test her son-in-law.
He’s been married to her daughter for three years and has a past of cheating. The mother has noticed her daughter hasn’t been happy and suspects he’s cheating again.
The Latest Update
The mother isn’t going to tell her daughter the truth yet. Instead, she wants to confront her son-in-law.
Here’s original her email:
Last week, I heard the segment where you busted that ladies husband on Snapchat. My situation is a little different but I’m hoping you can still help. I actually need you to test my son-in-law. My daughter has been married for 3 years. Before they got married, he was unfaithful several times. She actually never told her father and I, but she confided in her sister. For some reason she still loved him and convinced herself she could fix it. I actually take some responsibility for it. We had no idea any of this was going on, and therefore we adored this guy. We treated him like our own son. My daughter has always been the kind of person to want to make us proud. So, she was determined to make it work with the guy we all loved. Well, now they are married and have a 2 year old together. I can tell she isn’t happy. Something is really bothering her. I asked her sister if she knew anything. That’s when she told us about the infidelity before the marriage and that our daughter now suspects that something may be happening again.
However, they now have a daughter together, and she won’t do anything about it unless she has hard proof. I just want my daughter to be happy. I know he’s on Snapchat. I don’t know if this is a situation where he will take the bait with any attractive female on social media or if he’s cheating with a specific person. Either way, if he doesn’t take the bait then there is no harm done, and I’ll need to find another way. If he does, then I will be able to tell my daughter what we’ve learned, and she can finally make the choice to leave him without hesitation. Will you help us?
