Taking care of yourself is really, really important. We’re always the ones we treat the worst – lack of sleep, not enough water, no good nutrition, no down time – we’re always on the go and we’re neglecting ourselves.
Davi found something called Self-Care Sunday, and it’s something she’s gonna start doing, and you should, too. If the idea of taking an entire day out of the week to to do self-care stuff when there’s SO much other stuff to do makes you laugh because HOW, start small. One thing every Sunday, and build up from there.
