18 years ago, two planes crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City, a plane crashed into the Pentagon, and the brave heroes who were the passengers of flight 93 thwarted a terrorist attack by intentionally crashing their plane into the ground in Pennsylvania. 2,977 victims died, and even though it’s been well over a decade, the memories are still just as raw and painful.
Today, take a moment out from everything to Remember 9/11. Take that moment of silence to pay your respects to all those we lost on 9/11. We remember.
Be extra kind today. Tell your loved ones that you love them. Thank our service people – our police officers, firefighters, military service people, EMTs, veterans – everyone who helps us all out on the daily, a lot of the time at the sacrifice of themselves.
