Apparently You’re Being Judged By Your Salad Dressing Choice. Is Nothing Sacred?!

Apparently You’re Being Judged By Your Salad Dressing Choice. Is Nothing Sacred?!

Off-air the other day, Producer Tracey and Producer Joanna – who have both waited tables at some point in their lives – were talking about how you could tell a lot about a customer (read as: judge) by their salad dressing choice. Of coure, Tracey stresses, there are exceptions to every rule, but here’s the breakdown:

072811 – 0830 – What You Salad Dressing Says About You

Ranch: You’re probably simple, cheaper, not a good tipper. (Wendy adamantly disagrees).

Honey Mustard: You’re the type of person who looks chicken fingers for on the menu but doesn’t find it, you have child-like tastes, and you’re not great tippers. (Probably because you’re usually younger, anyway, like teenagers).

Blue Cheese: Usually older customers. (Sorry Jeff).

House or Italian: You have more sophisticated tastes (especially if you specifically ask for it). You’re out for the actual dining experience.

Balsamic Vinagrette: You’re more sophisticated, and probably a better tipper. (Win for Jenn!)
