Andy Dick will stand trial on felony sexual abuse charges, stemming from an incident at a nightclub last year. The comedian is accused of grabbing a bouncer’s crotch and groping and kissing a male patron.
Dick had to submit a urine test to make sure he wasn’t taking drugs and he agreed, telling the judge that he has been sober. The judge agreed to let Dick stay free on bail.
Mr. Dick has been in trouble before. Earlier in the year, a man accused Dick of exposing to him his genitals.
