While Bert was away in El Salvador, he was gearing himself up for a big talk with Stacey. Lo & behold, the first thing he sees when he returns home is her smoking. Preparing himself for battle, he lays down the law – he hates the second hand smoke, it’s harmful, and he needs Stacey to quit smoking.
