It seems that a romance as blossomed on American Idol between Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhart. A source says that during down-time they are always hanging out together, and they have a very touchy-feely relationship. The other contestants think that they are hooking up. Casey has a condition called, ulcerative colitis which is a form of irritable bowel disease. It causes sores on the colon and intestine. Last week, the judges used a “save” on Casey, saving him from elimination. And while he was in the bottom last week, according to Twitter, he has many followers! He came in at number two with 47,482 followers, narrowly beaten by country crooner Scotty McCreery who topped the list with 49,173 Twitter fans.
